just found a 140 def
Sacred Targe (low-mid range 126-158) and +41 R@ (upper tier 5-45) with no Enh Dmg (not sure you can have both on one shield?)
went to
Larzuk, then for Spirit and on the 2nd roll...

To answer the question : No, it's either @res OR enhanced dmg + AR. And most people prefer @res (can go to 45 but 41 is already good)
