Plague Javelin poison duration and damage has been adjusted. This should net out to a 20% damage-per-second increase at level 1 and up to a 33% damage-per-second increase at max level
If Venom: Skill is active when a Plague Javelin is thrown, the bit rate of the Venom: Skill will be added to the bit rate of the javelin's poison damage, thereby dramatically increasing the poison damage dealt to any target struck by the javelin itself. Unlike other sources of poison damage, the Venom: Skill will not shorten the duration of the javelin's poison.
The Venom: Skilldoes not apply to the poison clouds this skill generates.
