Hey, values on that are really old it seems : how would you value a 4 os sup Gnarled Staff, +3 ES, +2 Meteor as Memory base ?

IMHO Meteor adds no value. Having Frozen Armor, Shiver Armor or Chilling Armor in addition to +3 Energy Shield is nice because it saves at least one skill point. Maybe Thunder Storm also adds some value. But other skills aren't useful on Memory as you only use it for prebuff.

You can get more prices if you look for Memory price history. It doesn't really matter which base it is.
I personally think 3x Ist is high for just +3 Energy Shield but I don't trade on sc nl.
