Hi friends. I know there is much ado about the +6 Tornado pelt, but what about this bad boy? This is a Hardcore Nonladder item, any assistance pricing it would be appreciated.

Hardcore mode is my jam. Played a lot of D1. Played D2 from its release till about 2010, then lots of D3 for most of the 2010's. 29 year Magic: the Gathering player. 12 year League of Legends player.
If you play Tornado+ Hurricane, Tornado is significantly more important and if you play Hurricane only or Hurricane+ Arctic Blast instead of Tornado a Nightwing's Veil is better. I would guess low or no value.
Can be an interesting option for Hurricane druid if it has 2os.
