Nooo there is max dmg... :(
With ED and fire res it's very nice in an Andy visage, but due to the ED/maxD bug the ED will be capped :(
Without that it would be great, now, not sure it is worth more than a mid rune like

What does that bug do? Does it only appear on jewels or actually also on other items?

Does that mean, that flat increase is always better then % increase?

I have never heard of that (which doesn't mean much šŸ˜‚) so I would appreciate a short explanation if you can spare the time.

For all non-weapon items, you won't get the full benefit of ed, max/min dmg if the ed is add at the same time (ed, max/min dmg jewel) or after min/max dmg (ed jewel add to
Helm that already has min/max dmg)
