What do you think? Does the character type an effect on magic find?
Not sure to understand your question ?
Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash and my crafts including my caster belts , and my many cheap Annihilus / Accepting payment in L or NL currency though I only play NL
I think the answer is "no", there is no difference in base magic find stat between different classes.
When I'm not slaying demons, I'm usually out hiking mountains.
Nope, but some characters/builds are easier to dedicate as MF character since you can downgrade your equipment a lot and still not lose anything/much in the clearing speed/farming department.
Someone much smarter than me already said once: "The real value of something doesn't reflect in a number of how much a seller is asking for it, but on how much a buyer is willing to pay for it."
The loot tables for each mobs are set and at no point does your character class change that table. So no matter what character you are playing it has no affect on what can or will drop when magic finding.
If I am not responding add me on Bnet and drop me a message!
The only thing to add is the barbarian's Find Item is like a chance for a double drop. But then you're stuck playing a barbarian and that just feels bad.... :p
I am available for trading every other week, limited trading on my off week.
Thanks for understanding.
