Jah? For me, socket quests are annoying and I'd rather save them for big ticket items that are self useable, so I'd personally opt to throw it in the cube and gamble.

Also, if you gamble, remember that 4os is also not totally useless. Oath is a nice budget-weapon, so a 4os might be worth about
