Didn't think of that, I guess it does provide the 20 ias that rare/crafted 2/20s offer, and the skill isn't as important for bowa. Has some nice bonuses indeed.

No, this is a frozen arrow build, so you stack +skills or +bow & Crossbow skills. My entire inventory is skillers, I have Enigma, an SOJ, and either valk wing or nightwing's depending on the situation
