Not surprising, Fortitude increases physical damage (i.e. what's already good on Faith) while Ice's interest is on control and power up on cold damage. With Ice, not sure that Forti is best in slot, perhaps more a CoH ?

Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash and my crafts including my caster belts :), and my many cheap
Annihilus
/ Accepting payment in L or NL currency though I only play NL

You should craft Ice in a MB to reduce attack rate from 13 frames to 11 frames.

You are basically comparing +2skills from Faith and -20% cold resist from Ice.

The advantage of elemental damage is you can greatly increase the damage with Infinity from merc and other gears (nightwing's + facet + skiller)

Relax and have fun!

well, I'll get there. if i do find a
Jah
.

in the mean time i gave my merc a Hustle, which gives my Harmony boost for speed, and also i made a Hustle armor(tossed my Peace cause i have
Valkyrie
from bow), which really makes a difference. instead of Treachery because i don't like to wait for proc.

also my damage now is pretty good for p8 act5 normal, on level 43, doing max 1.5K damage, including
Freezing Arrow
damage.

I've tried
Wizendraw
, but i don't think it's worth it until i max all my others, if at all. i would have thought
Lycander's Aim
would be contending with Harmony, but it's lower by 500damage..
Magewrath
is even less than
Lycander's Aim
(although its +4 to bow skills) so.. Harmony beats all so far.

the reason i chose phys hybrid, is because i like to multi shot, and its much more effective killing hoards than the 3-4
Freezing Arrow
does.

hopefully this char build would help me finish hell.

goodluck, and may the RNG god be with you.

Faceted armor for sure(not possible on sp). I never made an Ice/physi, but I did do each apart.
For a hybrid I think Enigma is BiS, repostioning the merc is very damaging. And the +2 skills is nice.
For a cheap hybrid, Hustle for sure, which the op is already using.
Hustle and Harmony does seem like a very fun combo.
