Sooo, Arreat Summit has finally died, huh? Likely, Blizzard simply forgot that the server even exists and it was just happenstance that it had been working up until now lol.
I'm in CET (Central European Time), so that's UTC+1 normally and UTC+2 during DST.
My profile says Ladder, but I play both Ladder and Non-Ladder.

Yeah the Arreat Summit site has been pretty unresponsive and slow for the last few years. We used it as a reference for a lot of stuff here and got so fed up of the load times that we ended up sourcing an 'offline' version we could run on our local computers 
I'll share that offline copy with you guys here for now, seeing as the official site is down atm: download/arreatsummit2017.zip
