Traps amulet : not bad but not great neither, any Mara would be better. Practical to level up with its high res but that's all. Not LLD due to level req above 30. Perhaps a

Perfect Gems, or keep it for yourself if you have a levelling sin.

Barb helmet :
I am not a barb myself so take that with caution, but these 3 skills are not very popular, even if they can be seen as one point wonders. Nevertheless I would not pick that as a base. Little value, would say.
