Tal Rasha's Horadric Crest drops in nightmare arcane sanctuary?

Level required is almost +20 to my current lvl. What a drop!

I guess you're unaware that Tals Amulet can drop in normal mode? At least, I've heard, never seen. That's far crazier. You could find
