Does anyone know anything about unused quest icons?

Today I studied the internal files of the game, and came across icons that I had never seen before. A quick google search turned up nothing for me either.

D2R Game Room Icons for console...

Cow King

Free Roam

Pandemonium Event

Password Custom

Player Versus Player

Non-password Custom

Uber Diablo

Hmm, what about Dclone, Pandemonium and CowKing icons?

I just thought that at some point in development, Blizzard wanted to introduce new quests. Let's say I know that the 4th act was partially unfinished due to lack of time.

Hell no. The game is now 67% off, 13.19 euros.
Better spending the resource for developing Diablo IV.
