Only 3 more points to go if you are a perfectionist but IMO the +exp stat isn't important at all. At lvl99 that stat is useless and +10% exp doesn't speed up levelling that much. If you do Baal runs you reach lvl 99 anyway even without an anni. Without Baal runs you basically never reach it regardless if you have +% exp or not.
We've talked about the time zone issue here and in "the other thread" on many, many occasions, the issue is not new and will always exist when it comes to communicating events that will occur globally at the same time. The man, the Myth, the legend, Mr. @Schnorki made an excellent suggestion over at the Feedback forum over 1½ months ago that would help with this, so y'all should go there and show some support for it. There is of course no guarantee that Teebling would be able to do what is suggested, only he can say, but the very least the rest of us can do is to show some interest in it.

There are 8 SCL walks coming up, and it will be fast, 15 minutes between each walk. The first one in 47 minutes (on the hour), and then a new one at XX:15, XX:30, XX:45, etc until there’s been 8. All walks will be on Asia.

Here is reported the information provided on the DClone hunters discord. If the information is available, kind people like Shadowheart, Nightsanonymous and others gently provide that to us in their spare time. They don't have to do that, they do it just of kindness.
If there is no info, they won't report. If you notice a status moving, say it, try to camp - that's what is called "private walks", nothing that can be forecasted.
But don't blame people for not providing an info that is not available in the first place.
