Description
Does Holy Bolt have no effect on magic immune mob like mummies at all?
I know Holy Bolt’s description says it’s magic damage, but there is someone who is expert on D2 data analysis said Holy Bolt has +3 HOLY damage. Is it true? I’ve never heard a holy damage school on D2.
Anyone have any idea?

I'm know nothing about FoH (yet) but as an experienced Hdin player I would confidently guess that "holy" damage is just the same as Blessed Hammer's damage, ie. Magic.
Edit : however the tooltips do mention extra dmg to undeads, so that could be the "Holy" part of it. Now I'm doubtful too !

Holy damage is not the same as magic damage. It is not affected by your usual immunities but is based on monster types, it does full damage to undead and demons but NO damage to animals, you cannot do anything to change this. It's not always obvious, e.g. the goat men things are not animals.
Edit: so to answer the original question, FoH and Holy Bolt will rip through mummies with ease.

I'm not 100% certain about this, but I have noticed that holy Bolts - the skill or from FoH only bypass magic immunity on undead.
Magic immune demons, specifically the pit lords in Furnace of Pain & Uber Tristram don't seem to take damage from them.
That's interesting, have never been mad enough to try either skill in Uber Tristram.
But I think they might be the only magic immune demons?
