Hypothetical: Creating an Ethereal Phase Blade (Rare) using Charsi's Imbue

No data yet

Description

I just wanted to throw out an idea, due to the cube recipes of upgrading rares from normal/exceptional to elite, it would therefore be theoretically possible to create a
Eth
Phase Blade
(it doesn't spawn ethereal) from an
Eth
Crystal Sword
or
Eth
Dimensional Blade
that imbue was used on, since blank White items that are ethereal stay ethereal after the imbue https://www.mtmmo.com/news/570--diablo- ... -at-charsi

Has anyone tried this? Other than imbuing diadems, I really can't find any other good uses for the imbue quest reward, and if I roll a nice
Eth
rare
Phase Blade
, I'll probably make another horker barb or something.

Yes, you can do it, the
Phase Blade
will be ethereal and indestructible (missing the durability "stat").

Now if you could turn that random crappy rare back into a normal socketed phase..then you'd be on to something! :)
