Would still be potentially worth something to a character that primarily teleports. Tri-res are very hard to come by. Tri-res with FRW and FHR are truly multiple-high-rune GG.
Not sure what I would pay for these. Pul- Ist range? I think if you had cold res instead of poison res you might be looking at Ist minimum. Boots are hard to appraise because character movement needs can vary.
