New level 85 areas

forgive me if this has been answered before but are the new level 85 areas live on non ladder or are they ladder only? thanks!!!

Areas' level never was ladder dependant.

All the new alvl 85 areas became like that when they released 2.4 - both on ladder and non-ladder.

right right but i wasnt sure since it was a new thing that they were making it ladder only. which now that i think anout it might be a little hard to do. lol
