Stormlash - you've made a mistake here (and probs on the other shields too).

Shields don't have base speed - they just have base block. For this
Targe, the base block is 10 (signified by the [10] in square brackets on Arreat), and the block for Paladin is 40% (which goes into the Block by Class field).

You can but it's not easy... don't worry about these last handful of entries - I can edit them before I put them into the database :)

Just to make sure you're on the money next time: for this entry there should be ibaseblock: '10' and iclassblock: 'P: 40%'.
