Runic Talons probably have wrong damage in database

Description
The database shows 40 - 51 damage for Runic Talons (base/runic-talons-t1873.html) which is the same as for Scissors Suwayyah. I'm not 100 % sure because I haven't found them ingame so far but according to purediablo (https://www.purediablo.com/diablo-2/dia ... nic_Talons) or diablo fandom (https://diablo.fandom.com/wiki/Runic_Talons) it should be 24 - 44.
