I've accumulated some charms and rings that I dont know if they have any trade value and if they have, for how much and where do I trade them.
I see a lot of comments on forums of people trading charms and rings for a couple of HRs.

The good rule of thumb is to label them correctly, so people can search for them.
Use the dropdown advanced menu, check all that applies, use tags in your trade's description and/or trade's name. (fcr/faster cast rate, gf/gold find, all res, etc.)
For charms, name them properly the way they are named in game. People who know what they search for will use that name. And again, dropdown menu is your friend too.
If you get a PM offer, post it in the trade. Promote healthy competition instead of settling for less.

How and where do I trade those items?
use this site to check stats on stuff, it will tell you if its GG, Charsi food, or somewhere in between. https://d2charsifood.com/
Also make sure to check WTB that will give you an idea of what people are willing to pay for items that aren't easy to filter out.
You'll find that it is easier to list and find charms/rings etc. on Traderie as it has a much more granular options for random attributes, but that doesn't mean its impossible here on diablo2.io. Follow the advice given after typing in 'charm', 'ring', 'jewel' or 'amulet' when listing (it will detect those keywords and provide guidance), as well as the points made here, and you'll be listing and finding those items here too (just with some extra steps).
Hope that helps.
Edit: Also want to second the recommendation of d2charsifood.com - it will let you get a very informed idea about how worthwhile the item is. Ozzy is a great developer and this really is the only true way to inform yourself on rare/randomised item stat value using unbiased data (in the form of 'sigma' scores etc).
What I've heard from people here who use it is that they trash pretty much everything that doesn't have a green (score of 90 or above) rating on d2charsifood, anything green is worthwhile listing as a trade, though you can expect demand to change depending on the current meta/season etc.
