Whilst I don't have a low equiped char anymore - I like to have about 50-100% MF when levelling.
Also some source of resistance.
My Bow Amazon was the only char I used to have LL and Mana leech on during the process of levelling.

Here's my Zon currently, just respecced into magezon since the bow tree is getting such a nice buff. She has quite nice gear but not as expensive as a typical high-end physical bowazon. She has huge FRW gear (without Enigma), and Harmony on switch, which is quite nice.
FA, EA, and their synergies are maxed (level 44 each).
Valk level 17 ( Dodge/avoid got buffed/fixed, Valk got buffed and can now be cast almost as fast as Decoy -- cast Valk ahead into packs while sprinting to flank)
Penetrate level 21
Magic Arrow and Strafe level 25 (just trying them out since they both will get buffed)
The Key is stacking as much FRW charms as possible. But this requires losing life bonus from charms. So, we pump vitality, which means less dex, which means low AR, which means AR/FRW charms are great. Essentially, 36 AR on a SC is 7 dex-worth of AR, so redirecting that into vitality means 36 AR SC is worth 21 life pre-BO if we're sacrificing Dex (some phys dmg) for Vit. Since this is a magezon build with high elemental damage, I am fine with lower Dex, as long as AR is at least ~7k
Not shown in the stats: 59% chance to crit
This is wearing a Call To Arms Matriarchal Bow, Aldur's Boots, Highlord's Wrath, and SoJ. Helm has mana leech so no leech ring needed...in this way, the ML on the Helm is worth +1 skills by extension of allowing you to wear SoJ.
I much prefer Aldur's over War Traveler. War Traveler adds a considerable amount of phys damage, but that doesn't offset everything else Aldur's gives. Plus, the higher FRW on Aldur's makes it okay to drop The Cat's Eye in favor of Highlord's Wrath. A similar case as earlier, where here the high FRW on the Boots are worth +1 skills by extension.
Aldur's + Highlord's combo is just such massive resists that you are then free to use whatever charm prefixes you want -- suffixes are all tied up with FRW and a handful of FHR. For prefixes you need a few cold dmg, one poison res, bow skillers, and rest AR.
Can't wait for this entire build to get buffed when this patch drops! Spear/Bow could be interesting too....hard to pull off....maybe EBotD in a Spear, since it's so good for survivability with speed and leech?
