Yea I was kind of thinking the same thing. I thought maybe it appeal to someone who's intending on reaching certain ias breakpoints.

Grand Matron Bow is preferred for Faith, this is preferred for Ice. It's very expensive, but needs +AR as well for the multiple high runes price range
