I'm gonna try some math on this one. Someone please correct me if i'm wrong!
According to this the chance for a single one is 1 in 1073.
For simplicity, let's ignore his chances for rune drops and jewels drops and assume he always drop two items of magical quality or higher.
If he drops two items, to get the chance of a single of his drops to be Isenhart's Case will be 1 in 1073*2 or 1 in 2146.
So for a double drop that is 1² in 2146² so that leaves us with
Double Isenhart's Case: 1 in 4 605 316
For comparison, the chance for a Ber Rune from Pindle is 1 in 106.158
He's aprox. 43,38 times more likely to drop a Ber Rune than double Isenhart's Case.
Yeah, try beating that one with your High Rune drops

I’ve also seen two identical trash set items drop from the same mob (or same monster, I couldn’t tell). I wish I screenshotted it, it was like a Gothic Shield or Ancient Shield.
This was just a few hours earlier. So I started a thread couple days ago asking if a 0mf barb or something would be viable. Got some mixed feedback but finally said F it I'm doing it. Went with my poison necro instead of barb and ran some cows. Didn't take much gear swapping, traded nigma for my brambles threw gheeds in the stash and swapped Shako for my dueling Circlet and lost my Monarch on back hand due to low str, o mf psn necro. My third run I pulled a Lo. Highest mfin rune I've got in all of my time playing from cows. Now I use nigma to get cows open then pop Bramble on. First pic of stats with 0 mf then the picture I took when it dropped. I know it's just rng but after getting a sup G. Poleaxe the next game, I don't care it's like clicking the gem for better mf. It's part of the routine now.

It's because you can put 5-5 light facets in it to min max your damage output on javazon/light sorc (or cold with cold facets ofc) and have a decent max bloc. The odds of rolling those two mods on a Monarch are insanely low.
It only makes sense for an Javazon. The light sorceress will deal less damage with this shield (cold the same, but I have not calculated for fire, but I do not think the situation will change, for lightning damage loss is more than 10%, for cold ~5%), and at the same time she will lose a lot of bonuses such as resists, fhr, fcr, life, mana.
She will deal less damage because she loses 2 skills from Spirit, then to reach the second last breakpoint she will have to wear vypermage instead of Enigma, or ring with fcr instead of soj. So putting on such a shield we lose 3 all skills (4 for cold), which leads to loss of damage and loss of many useful bonuses from Spirit.
All this I calculated with the griffon, infiniti, and other BiS stuff, because in any case, the presence of such a shield and 4 perfect lightning jewels already speaks of Wealth.
Well that's a trade, damage for max block and -%res on monsters so i do believe it has some use on sorc
-% res is calculated by damage calculation too, it will not help (exception: if the immunity will be broken by Infinity, it can help to defeat this monster a little faster compared to the Spirit, but im not sure). Generally you will have less damage (+/-% res is calculated), less res, less life, less mana, less fcr, less fhr, for 30 fbr and 20 icb. In my opinion, it is useless for sorceress

Had time for a few quick Arcane Sanctuary runs in public cows game. An Ohm dropped out of a superchest --> i went to town to gamble afterwards - ring nr.5 was a SOJ....
sometimes nothing drops for ages and sometimes a quick run nets you 2 awesome items...
Am super casual - returning to D2 after a long time away. Was excited to see it come to the consoles and I tend to play on the Switch - love the portability and have spent the last couple of months levelling a Sunmoner Necro. Finally defeated Baal on hell yesterday but have had an extraordinary run of luck the past few days.
First, a Jah dropped in the Ancient Tunnels which was nice. Then a Pul a day later. And then last night a Windforce dropped. Couldn’t believe it - played for years back in the day and never saw runes or loot like that.
I’ve managed to trade the runes for some extraordinary gear and now looking forward to taking a few more character through Hell and back.
