Can be used to make Runewords:
Hi.
Playing fire druid HoTO + Phoenix(shield)
1. Is HoJ better option?
2a. Is Phoenix(weapon) better option?
2b. If 2a - yes, getting same lvl of aura as shield has will make them stack? Is it worth to have it?

it's expensive, but a 6 Socket weapon with 6 Rainbow Facet: Fire Death / Rainbow Facet: Fire Level-up is better.

With two Phoenix (or any 2+ aura from items) the aura do not stack but the levels are added, so you end-up with one L20-L30 Redemption (which is different from two 10-15 Redemption )

yes, it was my mistake. but to get them added they need to be same lvl right?fredkid wrote: 8 months ago With two Phoenix (or any 2+ aura from items) the aura do not stack but the levels are added, so you end-up with one L20-L30 Redemption (which is different from two 10-15 Redemption )
No, they don't need to be the same level to be added together. The aura levels from all equipped items (that provide the same aura) are always summed to get the total aura level. If you have one with level 11 and one with level 14 that would mean level 25.
I'm in CET (Central European Time), so that's UTC+1 normally and UTC+2 during DST.
My profile says Ladder, but I play both Ladder and Non-Ladder.

There are build that use 1-2 Dragon + Hand of Justice for example.

ok, so still 1 question remains - HoTO is the best option?
Depend on many factors....
A 6 Socket weapon will probably gives you the highest raw damage per cast.
But a high Faster Cast Rate will increase your total damage significantly (even with cooldows, a faster cast will enable you to cast others skill before your main skill is ready again)
And the all resists may enable you to change other "resist gear" for better gear.
And you have to consider how much -Fire Resist you have from other sources too...
Short answer, do some simulations on a calculator like

A 5 OS Rune Master with facets is an option too, gives you CBF, so you could drop ravenfrost if your wearing that…i tried it it’s not best, but it’s acceptable and cheaper (kinda)
CBF is not mandatory for casters, but if you want, and pretend to use a Rainbow Socket Weapon, it is way cheaper than a Cham.
