Are pruby worth more than other non-pame perf gems? Am I selling myself short by including lots of prubys in a mass pgem trade?
Can be used to make Runewords:

Yes
On workdays I am generally available for trade from 19:00 CET to 23:00 CET. Weekends variable.
Yes
Something like:
1 Perfect Amethyst = 2 Perfect Ruby / Perfect Skull = 4 other Perfect Gems
Perfect Amethyst because of Caster Amulet ( Recipe: Caster Amulet)
Perfect Ruby because of Blood Gloves ( Recipe: Blood Gloves) / Blood Ring ( Recipe: Blood Ring)
Perfect Skull because of Recipe: Low Quality Rare Item of Same Type (mainly ro re-roll Diadem. Because of quality level and magic level, Diadem may roll with any affix even with ilvl 1)
However sometimes the demand for Perfect Ruby and Perfect Skull go down and is hard to find someone to pay more for them...
When this happen I generally keep them to trade other time...

OP
Thanks for the explanation! So if someone offers to pay in pgems, we should not be surprised if they're all Dia/Top/Em/Sap?
Yep.
When they include the other 3, at least with me, is generally someone that is starting trading and is not aware of the different values.
When happens with me I tell the other player about it and we recalculate the value

One last thing, while many users follow this ratio, it is not a rule...fredkid wrote: 3 months ago 1 Perfect Amethyst = 2 Perfect Ruby / Perfect Skull = 4 other Perfect Gems
Maybe the user don't want to re-trade gems and is only interested in Recipe: Random Magic Item of Same Type, or is not interested on Blood items, etc...
If the user do not specify on the Trade or in his signature, it is better to ask him how Perfect Amethyst, Perfect Ruby, Perfect Skull will be handled on the trade, and if he won't consider one (or any) of them more valuable, you may just keep them with you and use other gems (or trade them 1 for 1 anyway if you really need the trade and don't have other gems ...)

Wait, so do people actually exchange pgems for pams?
Or if someone is asking for 40 pgems I could offer 10 pams? I'm guessing someone looking for bulk pgems just wants to reroll so probably not that one. But I'm surprised at these exchanges - I don't often see people looking to trade gem for gem.

gem for gem trade (my 1 Perfect Amethyst for your 4 Perfect Gems) dind't remember to see...
But the other case yes, you may ask the player if instead of 40 Perfect Gems, he accept 20 Perfect Skull or 10 Perfect Amethyst or a mix
Once a user was asking for 72 Perfect Gems, I talked to him and ended up trading for 21 Perfect Skull + 12 Ral + 3 Perfect Ruby (each counting as 2 Perfect Gems)
( Ral normally counts as 2 Perfect Gems too - because of Caster Amulet)
