AFAIK 7% mf has no value and without a good prefix it's just a junk jewel for crafting.

That would change that mf has no value. You want a ruby jewel of fervor (ias & %ed). Not mf. You can check this guide for what are valuable affixes on magic jewels: https://maxroll.gg/d2/items/valuable-magic-items

Blank jewel of fervor sells for low prices (a few pgems). I guess MF does not hurt so you can get a bit more, but not much (
