Ber and the first one is better than the second one but not sure about the prices.

I disagree with charsifood putting the storm master at a lower sigma. Looks like more utility to me, and is wearable for longer. But they make no secret that dual leech and all res are weighted extra heavy in the sigma calculation.

Ber. Maybe? If you're non-ladder I'd say

Ber is too high. Very low life, and low @res on the first one.
