What's the level requirement? 6% mana leech should be level 74?

Dual leech tends to be more valuable for some buyers, but that's only a 2-point ring (All Res and ML). Maybe a 2.5-point ring depending on who you ask (half a point for the LL).

At level 74, maybe useful for a playthrough but probably low trade value.

Again, though, especially for a ladder item, people pay extra for dual leech. Someone crazy might give you an

Ist for it. I think a fair price would be in the pgem-key range, so around

Pul on the rune list.
