I'm not being able to complete a Donation - payment is always declined...

I'm trying to do a U$ 10 donation to the site, but the payment is always declined (tried a lot of times yesterday and today)
At first there is no problem with my PayPal Account or my Card: I use the same PayPal Account + Card to pay for a https://maxroll.gg/ membership a few minutes ago.... and I tried to Donate to diablo2.io before and after that payment (both declined)...
