Monster not terrorized

Anything else to add: ps4 offline single player. I have beat normal/nightmare Baal and have Terror zones working, graphics and all but upon entering the zones all monsters are not terrorized. Their names come with a circle icon with a slash going through it. Is this a bug and does anyone have a fix? I do have the 2.6 updated and I did read somewhere that they don't work for single player yet. But my question is if that is the case, why does it all spawn but the monsters are normal? Someone stated on reddit they changed the name for better unique monster finding but I cannot find that note anywhere.

It sounds like you have a problem with the game itself, but this site is not officially affiliated with either Blizzard or Diablo 2: Resurrected. This is a community web site for fans of the game.
