they are sellable i think but people now prefer the Plague RW cause of easy stats and this needs Ias maybe

Ber, it's a cheamp temp for 5 LS

Claws (missing 30+ IAS) for Feral you need 40, the

Death Sentry are irrelevant since they are 1pt wonders it's like comparing a necro

Wand for White with +

Corpse Explosion , could get alot more if it had 2 sockets, without WSM glitch from LoD you pretty much want them to be

Runic Talons and have 30+ IAS as a trapsin , without IAS they still sell but for alot less since they are place holders.

Usually, you look for IAS like the guy mentioned above. Niche market I guess..
