I assume it's worth nothing, but just in case for the < level 9 duels, can you confirm it's just another junk jewel ?

These affixes are very desirable in VLLD. Max is 9/40.

Yes, but I don't know if it is lvl 9 or higher. LLD is usually lvl 30.
Hmm, have to check if I didn't junk sell it after a week...
PvP is low level at 30, but there are subsections at level 18 and 9, VLLD is very low level duelling indeed (where many people wear Sigon Set)
