Can be used to make Runewords:
It's hard to say on circlets, coronets, etc. I've done a lot of homework on them over the last few weeks, but I'm somewhat new to selling them and calculating the most correct values.
The +2 skills, +20% FCR, and +20 resist all are perfect rolls and create great value. The +36 life is another great roll, although not perfect. It adds value. The other two rolls on defense and poison don't add value. You would want to find other things, such as faster run walk, strength, dex, additional fire and lightning, sockets, etc. Those are commonly mentioned as "the best" mods.
The only way to truly find out is to list the item, let it sit there for a while, and see if you get any replies. Start with that.

I do trades on non-ladder and ladder, so look at each trade profile. For most trades I'll accept pgems, Rals, Hels, Sols, Amns, etc. I'm always willing to negotiate.
Agreed with above: it's a good Circlet, but not a great one. Would rate this around Ohm- Lo, but try selling higher ( Ber or even Jah), for the right buyer this might work.
