Can be used to make Runewords:
make 4 socket. easy Vex +
It's superior, so I don't believe 4os is possible, only 5os from Larzuk.
It's possible via cube recipe - Amn + Ral + Perfect Amethyst + Item.
Unfortunately the amount of sockets u'll get its pure rng. 2/6 for 5os and 1/6 chance for 1-4os
