Is this too difficult to price ?

It depends mostly on people availablity.

The 27 fire res is an incentive to put it in Andy's visage, however, anyone would prefer 15 IAS over the other attributes.
Energy is useless to a merc, so perhaps for a self-wield Andy.

There it's rather interesting, but very niche, so can take a long time to sell. Would bet on
