Much, in fact. Ohm=6 Ists, and its in very high demand due to its use for CtA runeword mostly. Don't cube Ohms to Lo unless you're very desperate for Grief/Fortitude AND have CtA (or your own BO playin a barb). Either use it for your own CtA runeword for swap (BO is great!) - or keep it in stash. Such HR won't go down in price for sure - may even grow up.
As a currency, i think you can buy Tal armor for 1 Ohm, or griffon Diadem (check stats on it first). So take care about your ohms, and don't get ripped. Good luck
