Wait, for level 31 requirement that’s pretty good, maybe you’d get a Lem, or trade for another useful normal/exceptional unique

Nearest comparable unique would probably be Peasant Crown, which is arguably better at a slightly lower level.
For rares and crafted you just ask if you don't know.
