very close, not sure actually with 16fcr since its a temp, but if this had 18fcr it would be worth 15k+ fg and a Ber is only worth 25.
around 500 should be resoniable, glws thats ~ 20 Ber.
The reason why its bad is because of the fcr, in PvP druid always wants 18fcr on the amu (and this is the exact stats your looking for if u wan't value for it, high str + life or str + dex or life + life rep) because all ur setups will run on 163fcr and u always need one open ring slot for bk, Raven Frost , Wisp Projector etc.
