Not sure re: the value with a natural Vita roll. I will say I've seen people give these away. I have at least 5 myself that I've been rerolling for months, still no Vita skiller.
I think you can get rich if you put in the reroll work and get lucky, but the charm itself probably doesn't have a high trade value. If you do want to sell, keep the >40 life on it so you can prove it's ilvl 94+.

All prices negotiable. BIN always wins. Americas (Pacific), but int'l trade times can be arranged.
For a >40 life GC, you can maybe get an Ist (that's at least a common asking price) but I think most trades happen somewhere below there. It has value but depends if you have another to reroll or if that's your only one as to whether it makes sense to trade it.
