IMHO Vex seems fair but maybe you can get a bit more since 45/30 is perfect. Of course it's not as good as the small charms but these get higher prices:

Gl for your trade Aldarion. If I were richer I'd throw a Vex on this just because it's practical to have this to replace Id Tome + Key while doing Uber Meph, but kinda broke as of now.
