Cause the times you wrote are 5/6 pm EST, but the dynamic timestamps show 6/7 pm which is just 1 hour ahead. Iām in EU, so 6 hours ahead of EST - i.e. should be 11pm/12am CET, I think?
I'm in CET (Central European Time), so that's UTC+1 normally and UTC+2 during DST.
My profile says Ladder, but I play both Ladder and Non-Ladder.

I donāt think thatās the issue. The value inside the utctolocal tag should be in UTC time (āGreenwich timeā) as the baseline to add/subtract the timezone modifier to/from.

To get it right in EST time you have to add 5 hours to your intended time
