You may consider using a 3 BO 3OS for Bulwark, Hearth or Cure to get a serious

Crossbow + 46% ED [ might be useful as an early leveler for my young bow girl ]

amulet : 1 to amazon skill, 10 Dex, cold, light poison 20%, fire 47 --> i like this one...
