This Set is designed for the Necromancer; however, any class can wear the items with the exception of Trang-Oul's Wing.
If you complete this set, then the Necromancer will transform into a Vampire in appearance (which, unfortunately, has worse FCR breakpoints and it will result in slower casting - not recommended for bone necromancers).

While the Vampire morph's lower cast rate is crippling for Bonemancer, and, to a lesser extent, Novamancer (due to poison damage being applied over time), it does not affect Summoners to a large extent, which rely on minions and only occasionally cast curses.
Eastern Sorcerer (Act 3 mercenary) equipped with Trang-Oul's Guise and Trang-Oul's Scales will only get +3 to Fire Ball from the +18 To Fire Ball (2 Items) bonus.
The Vampire morph has a defensive benefit. If you toggle walking while transformed you will move at full running speed and your defense will not drop to 0 while moving.
Despite the oskills provided by this set being capped at +3 when used by a Sorceress, the combination of Trang-Oul's Claws and Trang-Oul's Girth provides benefits only modestly behind far pricier gearing options (such as Magefist + Arachnid Mesh) for a Fireball-focused Sorceress.
The combination of this set and Death's Web is incredibly powerful for a poison based Necromancer.
Moving with same speed after toggling to walk brings full defense,
Additional fire skills provide a good deal of non-invested hybridlike option,
Getting around -90 to enemy poison resistance means basically no poison immune,
And the only expensive item of the build is a Death's Web, which is actually only expensive if it rolls around 2 2 45+, and without such roll it is effective nonetheless,
Depending on the skill investments, you can get significant magic damage on Bone Spear as well.
