Without the 10 fcr, does not bring enough to reach a breakpoint.
So it's a kind of weird Mara with lower res but more strength and life rep.
Would say around Pul- Um.

I'm almost sure you can sell this for Ber (maybe Jah ?).
The +26 str is fine to Helm a sorc to bring items like Spirit in a Monarch which helps a lot for res.
For exemple, that's ok for a cold sorc.
Anyway, that may be long to sell because Necrarch explanation.
