Non ladder, Jah or more. Ladder prices tend to be lower but try in the Ber/Jah range, perhaps even more and see if someone comes, else lower a bit.

Hammerdin is caster so AR is useless.
Melee builds need AR and mana leech not mana.
Bvc barb may find this ring interesting but imo duelers use better rings.
