What is on this is that it must be set in a weapon, unless you'll have the ED + minD/maxD bug occurring, makes it harder to sell.
But for the right position, ED is not bad (24, max is 30 for rare) + decent Min/MaxD - it can have some value. Still quite niche so be prepared to wait.
