Anything else to add: The data provided by Teebling for the Unique Scourge Stormlash has the percent to proc Static Field correct at 15%. However in the description by Khegan says the proc status field chance is 20%, which is incorrect.

Thanks for posting. I checked it and 15% is correct so I changed the description to also show 15%.
