No idea. Rolls are not great so not sure it has value, esp Shockwave had been nerfed with latest patch.

Was it nerfed? I was under the impression it did a good amount of damage based on recent videos and articles I read

Shock Wave was nerfed. From the Patch 2.6 notes:
