Charsifood is nice but on Coronets you needs skills / frw / fcr (not really for zons) / 2 os to get real value.
Dual leech is interesting but can be acquired elsewhere (typically on Ring), all res is nice but same.
So probably not a very high end item. Would try to sell in the Ist- Vex range and see if something comes.
